With advanced trainings in pelvic wellness, Amanda is excited and prepared to support you through your pregnancy and postpartum care! During pregnancy, she helps you achieve pelvic and body alignment, allowing for optimal fetal positioning, less pain, and an overall better pregnancy and birth experience! After delivery, Amanda will come to your home for early support and recovery. This includes injury prevention, reconnection with abdominals and pelvic floor, as well as the development of a comprehensive return to work & exercise.
