By utilizing your specially adapted pregnancy brain, my GentleBirth workshops help you to fill your “labor toolkit” with everything you’ll need for your best birth! Whether you are having a home birth, scheduled cesarean, or anything in between, this class is for you. We cover a variety of topics including sports psychology, hypnosis, and even how to “hack your hormones”! The brain training and tools you receive in your class will carry you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond!

If the group setting isn't for you, then let's set up a private workshop! We can meet in the comfort of your home. Workshops are two days, however we can break it up across 2,3 or 4 days, so we can make it fit into your schedule!
Workshops that are held more than 15 miles outside of Grand Rapids are subject to travel fees
